We take the long view, we do it right the first time, and we never compromise our integrity.

We are thoughtful about the experiences we deliver, with a focus on delivering real value to our guests, employees, and community.

Humans are most fulfilled when they see themselves get better. Peak will be a catalyst for that progression in every aspect of the park.

We will always work hard to add more than we take from the planet.

Our team will embody the personality of the park and help our guests vibe on the friendliness, fun, and stoke of a Peak experience.

Peak will feel like a surf destination, not an attraction. We will source locally, and embrace the authentic Florida surf culture.

While surfing has largely ignored the female audience, Peak will not. We will proactively plan our park experiences with our female guests in mind.

We will have holistic programs (surf, play, internships, conservation education) for our community members that need them most.

The safety of our guests, both in and out of the water, will be paramount in all or our planning and decision making efforts.

Peak will integrate sustainability from the beginning, not retrofit after the fact.

We will hold ourselves accountable and use and independent accreditation company.

Our labor, goods, restaurants, partners will all be home grown and add to the local fabric of the park.

We will use our platform to teach people about our waterways and ecosystem in a fun and engaging way.

We will be creative and diligent in our effort to use sustainable resources and give as much as we take.
